ALUMISEL S.A.U. informs the users of this website about its privacy and personal data protection policy concerning the personal data of the users and clients that could be collected from the navigation or hiring services on its website. ALUMISEL S.A.U. hereby guarantees compliance with the regulations on privacy and personal data protection as per Law 15/1999 of December 13th, dealing with the protection of personal data and as per the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st that approves the Regulation Development of LOPD. ALUMISEL S.A.U. has the obligation to inform website users about the collection of personal data that could be gathered when sending e-mails or filling out forms included in this website. To such a degree, ALUMISEL S.A.U. will be responsible for the data collected in the previously mentioned manner. In turn, ALUMISEL S.A.U  hereby informs the users that the purpose of processing the gathered data is: to answer users requests, additions to the contacts list, the provision of services, the management of business transactions and other uses. The operations and technical procedures made automatedly and not automatedly and that make possible the collection, storing, modification, transfer and other actions concerning personal data, will be considered personal data processing. All personal data gathered on the ALUMISEL S.A.U. website and thus regarded as the processing of personal data will be added to the files registered by the Spanish Data Protection Agency by ALUMISEL S.A.U.
